Location: London Position: Junior IT support analyst Salary: Up to £25,000 Role OverviewThis role is office based 5 days per week in London and is ideal for a university or college graduate or an individual with a few months experience on a service desk or in another 1st line support role. The role involves providing first-line IT support to end-users, addressing incidents and service requests promptly. Deploy and maintain IT equipment, manage user accounts, and ensure IT systems operate efficiently. Deliver excellent customer service while troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues. Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to and resolve 1st-level IT support requests (hardware, software, network).
  • Deploy and maintain IT equipment, including laptops, mobile devices, and printers.
  • Administer Active Directory, Azure AD, Office 365, and unified communications systems.
  • Perform routine IT tasks such as system backups, security checks, and inventory management.
  • Onboard/offboard users and manage permissions and licenses.
  • Maintain accurate IT documentation and contribute to process improvements.
  • Prioritise support for senior-level staff when necessary and escalate issues appropriately.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • 6+ months of experience in 1st-line IT support. (either via commercial experience or through study)
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Active Directory, Azure, M365, Office 365, and Windows 10/11.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • IT certifications (e.g., ITIL, MCSA, CompTIA) are preferred but not essential.

  • Strong customer service orientation and ability to adapt to emerging technologies.
