  • Provide technical support for MAC and Windows desktop environments
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues on MAC and Windows devices
  • Administer and manage JAMF for MAC device management
  • Develop and maintain scripts to automate tasks and improve efficiency
  • Assist with the deployment and configuration of software and updates
  • Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure seamless support and service delivery
  • Maintain accurate documentation of support activities and solutions
  • Provide training and support to end-users on MAC and Windows systems
  • Act as the third line of support for escalated technical issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution
Essential Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a MAC Support Desktop Engineer or in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of MAC OS and Windows operating systems
  • Experience with JAMF administration and management
  • JAMF 300 certification preferred. Certification will need to be obtained within the first 3 months
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or PowerShell
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Apple Certified Support Professional, JAMF Certified)
