The Onsite IT Support Engineer will be joining an organisation who support their employees progression and will give you the opportunity to work on a variety of projects.The Onsite Support Engineer will be part of a global team and be required to provide deskside as well as remote support to all levels of users within the organisation across the globe.Essential skills - Onsite Support Engineer:

  • Active Directory - User administration
  • Office 365 - supporting the applications within the suite
  • Networking - troubleshoot network issues
  • Experience with any ticketing system
  • Good communication skills

Desirable skills - Onsite Support Engineer:

  • SharePoint
  • Mimecast
  • Papercut
  • Video conferencing support
  • Industry experience - Financial, Managed Service Providers or other professional services
  • Certifications - recent Microsoft or Desktop certifications
