Senior Support Consultant - London - UK (Hyrbid)

Growing FinTech are looking for a Senior Support Consultant ideally with 2 years+ software implementation experience, ideally Treasury Management Software (FIS Integrity a bonus) or another FinTech.

You will have experience with customer engagement and client managed services.

In this role, you will closely collaborate with the Director for Global Delivery within the Project Management Office, team members within the Project Support Service Desk and the Senior Consultant Lead who who runs the Service Desk. Direct engagement with clients will be a significant aspect of your responsibilities, as you work closely with them to understand and resolve their Manage Testing and Support tickets. Additionally, you will collaborate internally.

This position offers a unique opportunity to develop a strong technical understanding of Senior Consultant responsibilities within FIS Integrity under the Project Support Service Desk.

As a valued member of the team, your primary focus will be on providing functional and technical expertise in relation to FIS Integrity product and process support.
