IT Service Desk Analyst - London
A new opportunity has arisen for a Service Desk support technician due to growth with an established IT Service provider in Central London.
Ideally you will have 1+ years Support experience and be consultative in your approach.
Job responsibilities
- Respond to client requests within SLA's
- Provide 1st and 2nd line desktop and server support
- Maintenance of cloud-based networks
- Build relationships
- Ad-hoc project work such as IT installs, upgrades and migrations
- Call logging
Skill Set
- Graduate with IT, Maths, Science or Business or appropriate technical certifications or experience
- Experience of working on a MSP helpdesk or in an IT support environment
- Microsoft Windows 10/11
- Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, Outlook
- Cloud-based hosting including Microsoft Office 365
- Organised
- Abiity to work with a small team
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
Benefits
- Range £28,000-£33,000.
- Working hours are 8 hours per day flexible between 08.00-18:00 Monday to Friday depending on the work rota. You will occasionally be requested to work outside these hours.
