They are looking for a driven individual who is approachable, sociable and is keen to grow a career within IT.As the Service Desk Analyst, you will be working closely with your Service Desk colleagues, Network and Infrastructure Engineers and the Security team so this is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to various technologies and work on projects.In addition, the Service Desk Analyst will be dealing with tickets remotely and face-to-face supporting software, networking and hardware issues.Service Desk Analyst - Key Skills:
