Service Desk Analyst – London – Up to £35,000
VIQU have partnered with an international Fortune 500 company who are seeking a service desk analyst to provide second line IT support to their UK offices. This role will focus supporting users in a trading floor, so the ideal candidate must be used to providing support in a fast paced environment.
The role has four days a week on site requirements in central London, paying up to £35,000 per Anum.
Duties of the Service Desk Analyst:
- Provide second line IT support
- Manage hardware procurement and levels of stock
- Process IT invoices in a timely manner
- Configure and maintain desktops, mobiles and cisco desk phones
- Use Active Directory and Exchange to administer user profiles
- Manage access to applications using Okta and Zscaler
- Manage mobile devices with Intune
- Troubleshoot Microsoft 365 issues and
- Monitor the environment using Logic Monitor
Experience needed of the Service Desk Analyst:
- 3+ years of experience within an IT support role
- Experience supporting an Office 365 enviroment )Excel, outlook, Word, Powerpoint ect)
- Experience with Windows servers and Windows 11
- Previous experience utilising Active Directory for user profiles and group policies
- Experience with Intune and Azure AD
- Previously used Mimecast to troubleshoot mail issues
- Strong communication skills both written and verbally
