An experienced Service Desk Assistant is required to managing a busy team and co-ordinate client maintenance and repair requirements.
Some of your duties will include:
- Managing the installation, maintenance and repair of specialist medical equipment
- Working as part of the customer service team and providing an excellent service
- Managing and scheduling daily workload for team of field based engineers
- Allocating jobs to engineering team and ensuring set time frames are achieved
- Managing any escalated customer service issues that occur and resolving all matters
- Ensuring that equipment and spare parts are available to meet business needs
