Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and skilled IT Service Desk Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role offers the flexibility of hybrid working and provides an excellent opportunity for professional development. This is the PERFECT opportunity for an Engineer with +/- 1 Years experience and looking to propel their IT career.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for all IT-related issues and requests from clients.
  • Provide efficient and effective technical support via phone, email, and remote access.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
  • Escalate complex problems to senior engineers or specialized teams as needed.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of all support interactions in the ticketing system.
  • Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment and software.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to stay up-to-date with the latest technologies.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a similar IT support or service desk role.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems.
  • Familiarity with cloud services and platforms (e.g., Office 365, Azure, AWS).
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Relevant IT certifications are a plus (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certified).
