ServiceNow Technical Consultant - CSMRemote working (UK)Salary up to 85k.I am working with a global ServiceNow partner who is looking to grow their team here in the UK ahead of 2025.The Technical Consultant will be involved in implementation projects for the full life-cycle. The role is wide ranging from taking in part in workshops understanding requirements and offering solutions, through to design and ultimately delivery - seeing you hands on developing the platform.For this role we are looking for CSM experience and certification in the module is desired.The role will see you fulfil the following tasks:
- Participating in design workshops, development, testing and deployment activities.
- Performing reviews on all coding, to maintain standards and security etc
- Assisting and training other developers across the ServiceNow platform.
- Technical delivery (including development, testing and implementation) using several technical skills such as HTML, XML, JavaScript/AJAX, Integrations (web services, SOAP, email, MID), etc
Experience:
- 3+ years of ServiceNow configuration and implementation
- Customer Service Management and its business models.
- ServiceNow Field Service Management, Service Portal, Integration Hub or REST/SOAP Web Services, and AppEngine Studio preferred
- ServiceNow CSA certification required
- CIS - CSM Certification required
- SM professional suite Certification preferred
