About the Role: As a Technical Support Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of the customer support operations, applying your programming expertise to diagnose and resolve complex technical challenges across the product range. This is an excellent opportunity for graduates looking to build a career in technical support while developing deep product knowledge and customer service skills.What You'll Do:

Provide expert technical support and troubleshooting for their engineering products
Develop and implement solutions using your programming knowledge

Your Profile:

Recent graduate with a degree in Engineering (including coding), Computer Science (with embedded software engineering), or Mechatronics

Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities
Outstanding communication skills and customer service orientation
Knowledge of Test & Measurement instrumentation or Salesforce ServiceCloud would be advantageous
