Their software is used by over a million users in Medium and Large sized buisnesses worldwide and you will be working in the application support team made up of 6 others. The UK Head Office is London but you can choose to work 100% Remote. There is no on call or out of hours work with this role.

Description

  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues
  • Investigate the root cause of performance issues (SQL Database)
  • Work closely with clients
  • Write complex queries in SQL
  • Escalation point
  • Work closely with Engineering, QA and Product Management

Profile

Must haves:

  • SQL
  • SSMS
  • Worked in a similar role ie Application Support / Technical Support / Application Development / Software Engineering
  • Strong communication skills
  • Client facing experience

Nice to haves:

  • C#
  • Can speak a second language (French or German ideally!)
