As Tech Support Engineer, you will be responsible for implementing, supporting and maintaining our IT infrastructure across the UK business, ensuring optimal performance, security, and reliability. You will also work closely with the US based counterpart and CIO in Australia.
Hybrid set up:Â 4 days in office, 1 day WFH option. Mondays and Fridays the whole UK team are in the offices to start and wrap up the week as a team.
Core Hours:Â 8:30-5pm Mon-Fri with flexibility for collaboration with our global tech team.
Salary Range: £29,000-£35,000 based on experience

Your Duties:
- Deploy, support and manage IT infrastructure, including networking and end user hardware and software.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability and reliability.
- Implement and maintain security measures to protect data and systems from threats.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business operations and projects.
- Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, procedures, and processes.
- Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and other IT staff.

- Proven experience as an IT Systems Engineer or similar role
- Good knowledge of end user IT needs including basic networking, hardware and software support (Dell, Meraki, Microsoft, FreshService, AnyDesk)
- Experience with the Microsoft ecosystem (M365, Azure, Intune, Teams)
- Familiarity with cybersecurity principles and best practices
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
