Support role within the Technical Design team:
Managing day-to-day administrative tasks including the processing of orders.
Good general IT skills and attention to detail required.
Design/architecture background preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Arrange shipments and couriers as and when required- Communicate with internal teams on order status- Assist with the set up of review panels and mock ups.- Management and updating of project tracking in excel.- Maintaining and tidying of mock up space- Support vendor liaison and order timelines.- Raising POs and operation of invoicing management software- Management of online materials library- Under guidance of technical design manager; support technical design development including:o Preliminary CAD studies (Autocad and Vectorworks experience preferred)o Material research
