Devonshire Hayes is seeking an IT Support Analyst for a Private Wealth organization in Central London.
The role involves acting as the first point of contact for IT queries, logging and resolving incidents, and requires experience in an ITIL environment.
Candidates should have experience with hardware and software installation and configuration, and familiarity with a tech stack that includes Windows 10/11, Office 365, and Active Directory administration.

You will be required to do the following,

- Act as first point of call for IT Queries

- Log and resolve incidents

- Have worked within an ITIL environment

- Installation and configuration of hardware & software.

- Tech Stack: Windows 10/11, Office 365, Intune, Autopilot, Active Directory admin, Poly audio Visual equipment, Handheld device support etc.

You will be required to work in the office everyday.
