Technical Support Analyst - Join a Growing IT Team at an Innovative Non-Profit!

Hybrid working pattern.

We’re looking for a dedicated Technical Support Analyst with hands-on 1st and 2nd Line Support experience to join our expanding IT team. If you’re passionate about technology and want to make a difference while helping users in a dynamic environment, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support & Troubleshooting: Handle service tickets promptly and in line with SLAs, supporting users in a mixed Windows and Mac environment.
  • System Maintenance: Build and maintain laptops and desktops, manage user accounts, and ensure security protocols are met.
  • Software Management: Install and update software as needed, with an eye for detail and security.
Desired Skills:
  • Experience with Windows and Mac: Prior experience supporting both operating systems in a professional setting.
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace & Slack (desirable): Knowledge of Google Workspace and Slack is a plus, but not essential.
