My global manufacturing sector client are hiring a Network Operations and Architecture Lead to oversee and evolve network services for a global enterprise. This role blends hands-on operational leadership with strategic input into the network architecture and roadmap.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure high availability and performance of WAN, WiFi, and LAN services

  • Define and enforce standards, procedures, and risk management practices

  • Support service transitions and ensure alignment with IT governance

  • Provide architectural guidance on projects and technology planning

  • Lead internal teams and third-party providers, driving service quality

  • Maintain knowledge assets including network diagrams and runbooks

  • Partner with stakeholders to manage service costs and support continuous improvement

Requirements:
  • Strong background in enterprise network operations and architecture

  • Experience with ITIL practices (Incident, Problem, Change, Risk)

  • Proven leadership in managing teams and third-party vendors

  • Solid understanding of WAN, WiFi, LAN infrastructure and tooling

  • Excellent communication and strategic thinking skills
