1st Line Support Analyst required for top 10 UK�Accountancy firm. The company is growing and there is a clear career path�to progress into 2nd�line support and beyond.� This role is to act as first response to calls on the internal IT support desk and to resolve issues where possible and escalate�major issues or more complex and�time consuming issues.
Skills and experience required:
- At least 6 months experience of 1st line IT helpdesk experience
- A good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
- An understanding of networking protocols, specifically TCP/IP
- An understanding of troubleshooting Microsoft Windows operating systems, specifically Microsoft Windows 7 and 10
- A good knowledge Microsoft Exchange and Microsoft 365
- An understanding of file system permissions
- A good knowledge of Active Directory
- Troubleshooting of printers, scanners and multifunction devices
- The desire to learn and develop new skills
