Industrial & Network Operations Engineer Opportunity

Position: Industrial & Network Operations Engineer
Location: London, UK
Clearance Required: BPSS (Baseline Personnel Security Standard)

My client is looking for a highly skilled Industrial & Network Operations Engineer to join their London team for a 3-month project. Your main focus will be on RF planning, tuning, and optimization for 5G RAN network integration and test.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert RF planning, tuning, and optimization for 5G RAN network integration and test.
- Possess a deep understanding of RAN on 5G SA/NSA Architecture.
- Exhibit strong debugging skills to address and resolve field issues effectively.
- Integrate with various vendors' RU, UE, and RAN.
- Utilize tools such as QXDM and Nemo for detailed UE side log analysis.
- Understand and apply Air Interface Features such as power control and various channels.
- Demonstrate strong system knowledge of 5G and proficiency with Linux OS, including RT kernel patch.
- Provide RF expertise and experience with RF planning tools.
- Conduct drive tests and provide guidance for network planning.

Required Skills:
- Expertise in RF planning, tuning, and optimization for 5G RAN network integration and test.
- Thorough understanding of 5G SA/NSA RAN architecture.
- Strong debugging skills for resolving field issues.
- Experience in integration with different vendors' RU, UE, and RAN.
