Infrastructure Engineer

Venn Group is currently recruiting for an Infrastructure Engineer to support the daily M&E operations of a large Healthcare Organisation

Hourly rate: £32.00 through an umbrella company

Duration: 6 months initially

Hours: 37.5 per week, Monday to Friday

Location: London

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Implement engineering infrastructure across the organisation
  • Measure, monitor and use engineering data for forward planning and replacement strategies
  • Provide an efficient and economical service to the user departments and external customers including Medical school and Research unit
  • Support the successful management of engineering services, energy and sustainability issues
  • Maintain, control and manage assigned budgets and ensure satisfactory year end out turns
  • Review all engineering related services to maximise outputs and life cycle of assets
  • Review, amend and maintain the Trusts M+E standard specifications for future works

The successful candidate will have:

  • Previous experience in a healthcare setting
  • Relevant mechanical or electrical qualification
  • Previous experience acting as Authorised Person is desirable
