- Familiarity with basic networking concepts, including Wi-Fi and VPN troubleshooting
- Experience with device management tools like SCCM & Intune
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical users
- Desirable to have experience with Cloud Infrastructure
- Proven ability to support a Hyper-V environment
- Understanding of PAM and DLP technologies.
