Purpose of position

As part of an established Network Operations Team, support the maintenance and delivery of network solutions for our Flexible Office Customers.

Core Responsibilities

Attend site visits, as required.
Carry out troubleshooting and support after initial triage by the service operations team.
Carry out the configuration of hardware, as required.
From our customers’ comms rooms, provide Smart Hands support to the wider engineering team, as required.
Any other ad-hoc duties as required.
