The Network Engineer will be involved in Systems Maintenance, 3rd Line Support and the delivery of various projects.The ideal candidate will be eager to develop their skills, with previous experience in an MSP environment being highly beneficial. You will work with technologies such as Cisco, Juniper, Unify, FortiNet, IPv4, DHCP, DNS, WAN, and network management tools, with the opportunity to progress into consultancy. The position requires the Network Engineer to work on Datacentre-grade equipment through to in-office Routers, Switches and Firewalls. Key responsibilities include network monitoring, resolving incidents, performing hardware upgrades, and managing projects. The role also involves on-call support and maintaining documentation. The right candidate will have CCNA / CCNP or FortiGate Certifications.Technical Skills:• MSP / ISP Experience Highly Desirable• Experience with Cisco, Juniper, Unify and FortiNet product ranges.• CCNA Certified (on-course for CCNP)• Strong knowledge of the OSI Model (All Layers)• DHCP.
