Title: Network Engineer
Location: London (3 days in office)
Salary: Up to £53,000 D.O.E
Reports To: Head of Infrastructure

Are you a Network Engineer with a strong background in managing corporate networks and solving complex issues? If so, this could be your next big move!

iO Associates are exclusively partnered with a leading organization seeking a skilled professional to join their IT Infrastructure team in London. You'll play a key role in ensuring the stability and integrity of their voice, data, video, and wireless networks while working in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and maintain network infrastructure and software.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues for end-users.
  • Monitor LAN/WAN and WiFi performance to ensure seamless operations.
  • Work with third-party suppliers to resolve network incidents efficiently.
  • Assist in capacity planning and future network strategies.
  • Develop and maintain network policies, procedures, and documentation.
  • Act as a technical lead on network-related projects and new implementations.

What You'll Need:

  • 5+ years' experience in medium to enterprise-scale environments (ITIL/Prince2 frameworks).
  • Expertise in networking concepts (DNS, DHCP, IPSEC, IPv4, IPv6, VPN/LAN/WAN, WiFi).
  • Strong Azure cloud networking skills.
  • Vendor-level switching and routing accreditation.
  • Solid knowledge of network standards, products, and services.
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate across teams.
