Network Engineer - IP, LTE, Troubleshooting

Work Environment:

This is a 24/7 environment with the need for proactive do'ers in a buzzy environment, no day will be the same. You will be required to work in a shift pattern that includes both night and weekend shifts, onsite in London with no option for any homeworking.

Responsibilities:Provide technical expertise and guidance to customers from Activation to Decommissioning.Lead complex troubleshooting with Distribution Partners.Ensure a constant communication flow with Distribution Partners during troubleshooting.

Manage internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Understanding of telecommunications, IP and LTE
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Previous experience in similar roles
  • Previous experience in live operational environment
