Title: Network Engineer
Location: London (3 days in office)
Salary: Up to £53,000 D.O.E
Reports To: Head of Infrastructure

iO Associates are exclusively partnered with a leading organization seeking a skilled professional to join their IT Infrastructure team in London. You'll play a key role in ensuring the stability and integrity of their voice, data, video, and wireless networks while working in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and maintain network infrastructure and software.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues for end-users.
- Monitor LAN/WAN and WiFi performance to ensure seamless operations.
- Work with third-party suppliers to resolve network incidents efficiently.
- Assist in capacity planning and future network strategies.
- Develop and maintain network policies, procedures, and documentation.
- Act as a technical lead on network-related projects and new implementations.
What You'll Need:
- 5+ years' experience in medium to enterprise-scale environments (ITIL/Prince2 frameworks).
- Expertise in networking concepts (DNS, DHCP, IPSEC, IPv4, IPv6, VPN/LAN/WAN, WiFi).
- Strong Azure cloud networking skills.
- Vendor-level switching and routing accreditation.
- Solid knowledge of network standards, products, and services.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate across teams.
