Are you a skilled and passionate network professional? We are looking for a talented Network Engineer with a CCNA certification to join our clients dynamic IT team!
Key Responsibilities:
- Provision of Tier 2 and 3 troubleshooting
- Install, configure and maintain reliable network infrastructures
- Troubleshoot and resolve networking issues (routers, switches, firewalls, etc.).
- Implement and optimise network security measures.
- Monitor network performance and ensure high availability.
- Provide technical support and collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Maintain up-to-date network documentation and configurations.
Required Qualifications:
- CCNA Certification - must be current
- Experience within an ITIL environment
- Good understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.) and experience with Cisco routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Familiarity with network monitoring tools and troubleshooting techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Desirable Skills:
- Knowledge of wireless technologies (Wi-Fi, LAN, WAN).
- Experience with network automation and scripting.
- Understanding of cloud networking and virtualisation.

This role is based 3 days in London, either at the Company HQ or Client sites, with 2 days working from home.
