Key Responsibilities as a Network Support Engineer

  • 1st and 2nd Line Connectivity Support: Handle connectivity issues and network troubleshooting for a diverse client base.
  • Firewall Expertise: Support and manage Fortigate, Juniper, and Palo Alto firewalls (experience with at least two is essential).
  • Network Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve issues with MPLS, OSPF, BGP, and more.

Essential Experience, Qualifications, and Skills

  • Hands-On Experience: Proven background in network support, preferably in a fast-paced 1st and 2nd line environment.
  • Tech experience: Cisco/ Fortinet/ Palo Altoproducts (CCNA, NSE, JNCIA, N+ etc certifications are advantageous but not mandatory)
  • Proactive Problem Solver: Ability to troubleshoot issues and provide swift resolutions.
