Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 1st and 2nd line support both remotelyand face-to-face
- Support, monitor and configure Microsoft applications and Windows operating systems
- Install, configure, and support hardware and software (PCs, laptops, mobile devices)
- Provide staff training on IT systems
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role, ideally within an NHS setting
- Experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure AD user support and configuration
- Experience managing and supporting Windows Desktop and Server environments
- Knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a proactive approach to learning.
