Application Support Manager
As Application Support Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our client's digital / IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, security, and compliance.
You will manage a small team of IT professionals covering Application Support, Project Management, Cyber Security and Testing.
You will own the relationship with key third party suppliers.
Your role will be pivotal in driving the success of their digital projects and maintaining the integrity of their IT systems.
Required Experience:
- Proven experience in an Application Support Manager, Digital Operations Manager, Support Manager or similar role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent understanding of application support, IT infrastructure and assoc. digital operations.
- Experience in managing technical projects and ensuring successful delivery.
- In-depth knowledge of cyber security principles and compliance requirements.
- Strong understanding of quality assurance processes and methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Familiarity with IT service management (ITSM) frameworks such as ITIL.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CISSP, ITIL) advantageous.
