We are looking for a Business Systems and Change Delivery Manager to join our team.

We’re looking for a dynamic and experienced "Business Systems and Change Delivery Manager" who will play a senior role within the Kaplan International Pathways Technology team, being one of two reports into the KI Pathways IT Director. The Business Systems and Change Delivery Manager will oversee the implementation, integration, and optimization of business systems and processes, through direct line management of the Product Management team, the Projects and PMO team, and the Salesforce CRM platform team. You will ensure that the product strategy and overall roadmaps for all digital products are effectively defined and agreed, and the roadmaps subsequently delivered by all your teams through strong governance and control, ensuring

the defined business outcomes are achieved.

What you’ll bring to the role

  • Multiple years of experience in business systems management, project management, or change management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Ability to lead and inspire teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
  • Demonstrable experience in selecting and apply appropriate governance framework, approaches, processes, across product, projects, and system
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex business systems projects and driving change initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of business processes, systems integration, and software development lifecycle.
  • Demonstrable experience applying modern frameworks and techniques for understanding customer needs.
  • Strong experience across the entire product lifecycle - from ideation to retirement
  • Demonstrated strategic thinker who can look at the big picture, cut through complexity and act pragmatically.
  • Demonstrated experience working with the spectrum of stakeholders from Managing Director/Vice President down to drive confidence and alignment in product driven approaches to delivering business value.
  • Experience balancing the needs of various stakeholder groups, developing prioritisation models and ensuring features deliver measurable business value.
  • Exceptional communicator, who can articulate key concepts in an accessible manner to non-technical stakeholders, technical teams and end users.
