CHANGE & RELEASE MANAGER

  • Inside IR35 with a flexible day rate

  • As a Change & Release Manager, you will be part of a team accountable for overseeing the entire process of release and change management from start to finish.

About the Client:

You will be working with a key government department on their fast-paced digital service. Their Release Management team are a hands-on group responsible for managing and supporting weekly team releases. They utilize technologies such as Terraform, Jenkins, Grafana, Zabbix, and Splunk for environment monitoring, conducting releases to non-Production environments, and ensuring the safe deployment of changes into Production.

The Change & Release Manager role:

  • Managing the delivery of change to live services
  • Managing release risk
  • Stakeholder management
  • Handling implementation planning
  • Being a focal point for infrastructure engineers and senior developers

Change & Release Manager - Essential Skills:

  • Hands on experience with change and release within DevOps team
  • Technical knowledge of Terraform, Jenkins, Grafana, Zabbix, and/or Splunk
  • Have a background in agile delivery of digital services
  • Skilled in continuous delivery of transactional web services
  • An active SC clearance
