You will be an expert in CRM platforms and data management with a strong grasp of financial services business processes. This role will join the applications team and play a key role in managing and optimising the DealCloud CRM system and its integrations. Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day operation of the DealCloud platform, ensuring seamless functionality and troubleshooting issues.
Support system integrations and monitor application performance.
Manage data migration from legacy systems, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
Collaborate with Investment Bankers, Operations, Business Support, and IT teams to tailor DealCloud to business needs.
Drive a modern IT Change & Release process for the platform.
Deliver ongoing user training and support to ensure platform proficiency.
Stay ahead of emerging technology trends to enhance platform capabilities.
Maintain up-to-date documentation, including user guides and technical specifications.

Key Requirements:

Proven experience managing CRM platforms – ideally DealCloud – in an Investment Banking or Financial Services environment.
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, data management, and migration processes.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Analytical mindset with a problem-solving approach and keen attention to detail.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Knowledge of Investment Banking best practices and regulatory requirements.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software applications.
