Method Resourcing has partnered with a world-leading, global, specialist financial services business who are looking to add a Data Product Owner to their existing IT function.
The role: You will be responsible for turning the company's data strategy into practical solutions for underwriting, ensuring that data products, processes, and reporting tools are effective, reliable, and aligned with business objectives. You will work closely with delivery teams to define and manage the underwriting product backlog, prioritising key initiatives so that data developments support real business needs.

The skills and experience we are looking for:
- Someone with experience in insurance or underwriting, who understands data principles (analytics/data management/architecture) and can manage projects.
- Experience in gathering requirements from different teams to understand what they need.
- Experience in creating a standard way of measuring and using data (especially in underwriting and sales).
- Be confident in pushing for changes and making sure projects move forward.
- Someone who has the gravitas to work with senior stakeholders to explain the business value of these projects.
Working arrangements: This role requires up to 2 days per week in the office with the other 3 days WFH, they have offices in central London.
