They are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Reporting Manager to lead the data reporting function within our client's real estate consultancy. This role is pivotal in ensuring that the company's data-driven insights are accurate, timely, and effectively support decision-making processes across various business units.
Role Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end data reporting process, from data extraction and transformation to the delivery of insightful reports that drive business decisions.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, to understand reporting needs and ensure that all data reporting aligns with business objectives
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data by implementing robust data validation and quality control measures.
- Lead and mentor a team of data analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development within the team.
- Ensure all data reporting activities comply with relevant regulations, data governance policies, and industry best practices.
Role Requirements
- Must have strong data analysis and reporting skills
- Experience working within Real Estate/ Property Management
- An understanding of Real Estate Property Management systems (Yardi/MRI/Tramps etc.)
- Proficient in data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and advanced Excel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
