Desktop Engineer - Dynatrace/Windows - sought by leading investment bank based in London - Contract - Hybrid

Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for desktop systems and applications.
Install, configure, and maintain desktop hardware and software.
Monitor and analyse system performance using Dynatrace.
Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and issues.
Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure smooth integration and operation of systems.
Document technical procedures and solutions.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Desktop Engineer or similar role.
Hands-on experience with Dynatrace for performance monitoring and analysis.
Strong knowledge of desktop operating systems (Windows, Linux).
Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
