An exciting opportunity to work for a well-established supply chain organisation in London. The global business is now looking for an experienced Digital Operations Manager to join their team, working with various suppliers to ensure that service centres are equipped with RFID equipment and to implement a new Operating model.

Description

  • Collaborate with the Digital Team to plan and execute the digital rollout of RFID and various other technology in Europe.
  • Support the creation of deliverables from involved internal partners to ensure proper installations and resilient operations, e.g. Operating Model.
  • Effective project governance including reporting on different hierarchy levels.
  • Alignments and communication of requirements and project plans for product and solution rollout with senior stakeholders.

Profile

  • Proven track record in successfully delivering digital products that drive business outcomes and enhance customer experiences.
  • Experience in managing projects and allocating resources effectively.
  • Proficient in project management software (e.g. MS Project, JIRA, Trello).
  • Previous experience in the supply chain industry or a related industry.
