We are looking for an Income Maximisation and Digital Transformation Programme Manager.

This is a hybrid position, where three days a week the successful candidate will be expected to work out of offices based in North West London.

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Leading a digital transformation project that aims to promote income maximisation and debt reduction
- Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders
- Ensuring income maximisation can be achieved through digitisation of debt collection processes
- Updating the council on progress towards programme goals

Candidate requirements:

- Previous experience of working on digital transformation projects that have a focus on maintaining financial stability
- PRINCE2 qualification
- Knowledge and understanding of financial systems such as NEC and Oracle Fusion
