THE COMPANY

We are supporting a public body on a pivotal Director level Research role.

THE ROLE

The successful Director of Data Services responsibilities will include:

This is a new role - A Data Services team has just been formed, therefore are needing an experienced leader to drive this function
Working on an operational level, tech heavy transformation, improving delivery
Team management and troubleshooting, transformation and improvement of current processes

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

The successful Director of Data Services will have the following skills and experience:

Technical leaders, people excited about data processing and how to optimize the process, use of AI in research etc., someone who can advocate for this tech
Knowledge of SPSS, R, or Python
Good knowledge of survey research
Managerial experience, 8+ people
Experienced in transformation, leadership and process improvements are great
