THE ROLE
As an Ecommerce Manager, you can expect to be involved in the following:
- Define and implement an industry-leading e-commerce process and user experience, able to adapt, make and implement recommendations based on user experience data.
- Own and optimise the conversion funnel, continually testing strategies to improve commercial outcomes, analysing and reporting on performance
- Website and mobile development backlog prioritisation and management of schedule of works, working in partnership with web agencies and the IT team
- Oversee the management of the company's website and digital products
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Previous experience in e-commerce as a manager
- Hands-on experience of managing web development projects to optimise customer journys and experience
- Understanding of digital platforms
- Google Analytics
- Strong stakeholder management
