E-commerce Manager

LONDON BRIDGE - 3 DAYS IN THE OFFICE

THE ROLE

As an Ecommerce Manager, you can expect to be involved in the following:

  • Define and implement an industry-leading e-commerce process and user experience, able to adapt, make and implement recommendations based on user experience data.
  • Own and optimise the conversion funnel, continually testing strategies to improve commercial outcomes, analysing and reporting on performance
  • Website and mobile development backlog prioritisation and management of schedule of works, working in partnership with web agencies and the IT team
  • Oversee the management of the company's website and digital products

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Previous experience in e-commerce as a manager
  • Hands-on experience of managing web development projects to optimise customer journys and experience
  • Understanding of digital platforms
  • Google Analytics
  • Strong stakeholder management
