  • Oversee a team of 4, managing data governance, GDPR compliance, and the effective use of BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Drive projects to improve data quality, particularly in healthcare and workforce data, ensuring reliable insights that support leadership decisions.
  • Collaborate with department-level analysts to support their data needs, focusing on cloud-based data integration, reporting, and visualisation.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver data insights in an accessible way to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Extensive experience in data strategy, SQL, and cloud-based data warehousing (preferably Azure).
  • Proven skills in data governance, compliance, and data visualisation techniques.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
  • Expertise with Microsoft BI tools and a solid foundation in data modelling, integration, and stakeholder collaboration.
