Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Ownership: Lead, inspire, and mentor both real and virtual teams towards achieving common goals. Be the driving force behind successful project delivery.
- Consulting Excellence: Act as a trusted advisor to CIOs and IT Directors, providing strategic guidance to ensure client needs are met effectively.
- Market Knowledge: Stay ahead of the curve with a deep understanding of market opportunities, emerging trends, and competitors, driving business growth.
- Collaborative Problem-Solving: Facilitate workshops, foster collaboration, and utilize analytical skills to resolve complex challenges for our clients.
- Effective Communication: Deliver persuasive and impactful presentations to internal teams and clients, ensuring alignment and clarity across all levels.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven leadership skills within consulting or delivery roles, and 5 years of people management experience.
- Deep expertise in Data Centre Infrastructure (DCI) technologies including operating systems, hypervisors, storage, and networking.
- Experience in cloud & infrastructure solutions, with a clear understanding of data center, cloud, and application migration methodologies.
- Strong technical qualifications including vendor certifications (e.g., VMware, Dell, Cisco).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence, mentor, and build consensus across teams.
