We are currently working with an impressive client with Fund Technology / Investment platforms for Private Markets. Working remotely, the successful candidate will be at the centre of overseeing the delivery of all technology governance and execution within the organisation. Reporting to the CTO, you will be working collaboratively with numerous internal and external stakeholders to ensure projects deliver within deadline.
Responsibilities
- Maintain reporting and governance framework for Technology project delivery
- Drive project teams to consistently meet deadline and performance targets
- Monitor and report on project performance - identifying areas of improvement and implement changes
- Act as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders, providing regular updates
- Oversee all resource allocation including personnel and budget
- Collaborate with other departments including technology, operations, and client services
- Develop and implement delivery strategy, process, and best practise
Requirements
- Proven experience in a Senior Operations Management role with budget and resource allocation experience
- Must have solid Fintech experience and ideally within the Private Markets space
- PMP, Prince 2 or ITIL qualification needed in Project Management
- Excellent data analysis ability
- Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
