A long standing client is looking for an experienced IT Change Manager with extensive knowledge and proven experience of BAU project/change management. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Required to manage the end to end change process with vendors, 3rd parties and internal team for BAU and production change including CAB, approvals, data capture.
• Manage and work with internal PMO teams to deliver project change activity, including resource and change prioritisation.
• ITSM Change management and process improvement requirements.
• Create MI for change implementation.
• Creation of IT process improvement documentation
