IT Global Asset Manager - Perm - London / Hybrid - £75-95kWe are currently recruiting for an IT Asset Manager with experience of leading team of 2 Licences managers to join my client, a Global Law Firm.

Hybrid / Remote working -one day a week on site in their London office.

The Role

  • Managing the global inventory of computer hardware and software licenses.
  • Develop and implement a global license management process, procedure, and policy.
  • Establish processes to cover tracking, managing, optimising, and disposal of the assets used.
  • To ensure compliance with licensing agreements and regulatory requirements.
  • To optimise asset utilisation to minimise costs and maximise efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain documentation related to technology assets, including policies, procedures, and inventory records.
  • Monitor security measures to protect technology assets from unauthorised access or misuse.
  • Stay informed about emerging technologies and industry trends to make informed decisions about asset management strategies.

Skills Needed

  • Proven experience in technology asset management, including setting up and implementing processes globally and across teams
  • ITIL Foundation level qualification level desirable
  • Good line management skills and experience
  • Excellent experience of hardware, software, licensing, and infrastructure.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
