We are currently seeking an interim IT Integration Lead to work with our global FMCG client, Elida Beauty, renowned for brands such as TIGI, VO5, Toni & Guy, and Brylcreem, and become an integral part of their fast-paced FMCG environment.
The position is based in Holborn, London. This is a full-time temporary role for 12 months with possibility of permanent, requiring 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Compensation for this role is competitive, paying between £75,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending upon experience.
The role currently offers a mix of remote and onsite working, subject to adjustment based on business requirements.

Elida Beauty is a Beauty Company which has recently been acquired by the private equity firm Yellow Wood Partners. The aim is to establish a standalone business that will deliver against a winning strategy and portfolio of 22 core brands. Elida Beauty was founded in 2021 and the headquarters are in Holborn, London.
The Elida Beauty 'country-led' operating model is lean and efficient with limited overheads, a low-cost base and tax efficient structure. We are in the process of establishing a new Technology Platform following our acquisition.
Overview
We are seeking an experienced Technical Integrations Lead to oversee and manage all system integrations using middleware solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment across a new organisation. The successful applicant will be building a new technology platform with 4-5 key applications and integrate into 3rd party services.
This is an opportunity to experience a major separation program and then transition to E2E ownership for BAU operations, getting direct exposure to a broad range of activities and stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Integration Management: Oversee and manage the integration between various systems and applications
- Lead Integration Projects: Manage and oversee all integration projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget.
- Middleware management: Ensure the ongoing health and performance of integration systems, performing regular updates, patches, and optimizations.
- Technical Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for integration-related issues.
- Monitoring and Reporting: Implement and maintain monitoring tools to track integration performance, and generate regular reports on system health and performance.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, operations, and external vendors, to ensure seamless integration processes.
- Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all integration processes, configurations, and maintenance activities.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance integration efficiency.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in system integration, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Previous experience in an integration role working with platform management/architecture rather than direct development
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in middleware technologies (e.g., SnapLogic, MuleSoft, Dell Boomi etc), API management, and integration patterns. Experience with Microsoft Azure and ERP products beneficial.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Leadership Skills: Able to take ownership of improving business outcomes, working with and influencing the input from a variety of technical and non-technical stakeholders
