- Experience managing the provision of IT support across the whole spectrum of IT, ideally within a start up / SME, problem solving autonomously while keeping key stakeholders informed
- Experience supporting Salesforce, Windows 10 and Microsoft Office, server administration, network administration, cyber security and risk as well as being comfortable learning new systems and software as needed
- Experience of vendor management – raising service requests and seeing through to resolution
- Knowledge of IT Asset Lifecycle / Management
- Experience managing and delivering IT projects to meet business requirements
- Understanding of the ITIL lifecycle
- Experience of IT policy design and adherence, maintaining parent company and external minimum standards
