The Role:

Reporting to the Head of Technology, you will be responsible for:? Leading the service desk team, ensuring top-tier support aligned with ITIL best practices? Strengthening collaboration across Applications, Infrastructure, and Training teams? Managing vendor relationships, asset management, and hands-on technical support
