Low Code SaaS Platform Manager - Hybrid working

We are working in partnership with one of our largest customers who are based in the Financial services sector.  We are looking for an experienced individual to help our client create a Centre of Excellence for their new Low Code SaaS Platform.

Position Overview

The Centre of Excellence (CoE) Lead for our new Low Code SaaS Platform will be responsible for establishing and leading a dedicated team focused on promoting best practices, driving innovation, and ensuring the successful adoption and utilization of Low Code SaaS solutions. The role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of low code platforms, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for driving digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Strategy:

  • Work alongside 3rd party partners to establish and lead the setup of a new Centre of Excellence (CoE) for the Low Code SaaS platform.
  • Work closely with a Low Code SaaS provider to develop and implement a strategic roadmap for the CoE to accelerate adoption and maximise the value of the platform.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders in the business to align CoE objectives with overall business goals.

Innovation and Best Practices:

  • Promote innovative use cases and best practice for the Low Code SaaS platform.
  • Define and implement a set of standards and best practices for Release and Environment management and integrations into other IT systems.

Training and Enablement:

  • Foster a community of practice to share knowledge and experiences across Configuration squads.
  • Develop comprehensive documentation and resources to support Configuration teams and platform users.
  • Foster a community of practice to share experience and best practices.

Project Support and Governance:

  • Provide expert guidance and support to project teams that integrate into the Low Code SaaS platform.
  • Establish governance frameworks to ensure compliance, security, and quality standards are met.
  • Monitor and report on the performance and impact of the CoE initiatives.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and clients.
  • Act as a trusted advisor and advocate for the Low Code SaaS platform.
  • Gather feedback and insights to continuously improve the platform and CoE services.
