Key Responsibilities M&A Integration Project Manager - Payments:

  • Lead and manage end-to-end M&A integration projects, ensuring seamless alignment of processes, technology, and teams.
  • Develop and execute integration plans, mitigating risks and driving efficiency.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across operations, technology, finance, and compliance.
  • Track and report on integration progress, identifying and resolving challenges.
  • Engage with senior stakeholders, ensuring strategic alignment and communication.
  • Manage dependencies and integration timelines, ensuring a smooth transition.

Required Experience for M&A Integration Project Manager - Payments:

  • Proven experience as an M&A Integration Project Manager, specifically within payments space or credit card space.
